Processing time All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days after placing the order. (Note: Weekends and statutory holidays are not included in the processing time)

Europe: approximately 10-25 working days Please note: During promotional periods or in the event of force majeure (such as blizzards, customs inspections, etc.), logistics may experience brief delays.
Tariffs and taxes United States: For orders shipped to various states in the United States, we will charge corresponding sales taxes according to local laws. This means that the amount you paid when placing the order already includes import tariffs and value-added tax, and there is no need to pay additional fees when receiving the goods. Address error Please carefully check your shipping address during checkout. If the package is returned or lost due to incomplete or incorrect address provided by you, we cannot bear the cost of resending and you will need to pay additional shipping fees for resending. If you find that the address is filled in incorrectly, please contact customer service immediately (within 2 hours after placing the order), and we will do our best to correct it for you. )
